These terms apply when you browse or order from Bhavya's – The Natukodi House (“Bhavya's”, “we”, “us”), 24-7-305/2, Ravindra Nagar, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh 524004, through this website, our app or WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
2. Products and prices
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change daily based on market rates. The price charged is the one shown when you place the order.
- Meat is a natural product. Weights are approximate and pieces may vary slightly from photos.
- Items are subject to availability. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the amount for that item.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once it shows as “Order placed” (and, for online payments, once payment succeeds). We may cancel an order — for example, if an address is outside our delivery area or an item cannot be supplied — and will refund any amount paid.
4. Payment
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) through our payment gateway partner, Cash on Delivery where available, and our wallet. We do not store your card or UPI details. Wallet balance can only be used at Bhavya's and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please make sure someone is available to receive perishable items in your chosen slot.
6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Coupons and offers
Coupons have their own conditions (minimum order, validity, one use per customer, etc.) shown with the coupon. We may withdraw an offer that is misused.
8. Liability
Please store meat refrigerated and cook it thoroughly. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
