Good to know
Your questions, answered
What is Natu Kodi?
Natu Kodi is Telugu for country chicken — a traditional free-range breed that grows slowly on natural feed. It has firmer, more flavourful meat than broiler chicken. Our Natu Kodi birds are about 4–6 months old.
Is your meat really antibiotic and steroid free?
Yes. Our partner farmers raise the birds without antibiotics, steroids or growth hormones, and our Natu Kodi is free range.
When is the meat cut?
Only after you order. Every piece is cleaned and cut to order — we do not sell pre-cut or frozen meat.
Where do you deliver?
Across Nellore city. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm we deliver to you, along with the delivery fee and minimum order for your area.
What are the delivery slots?
You can choose an Express slot (same day, when available) or a scheduled Morning, Afternoon or Evening slot. Available slots are shown at checkout.
How can I pay?
UPI, cards and netbanking through our secure online payment partner, Cash on Delivery, or your Bhavya's wallet balance.
Why are weights approximate?
Because every bird is different and meat is cut fresh, the packed weight can vary slightly from the selected size. You pay the price shown for the pack you choose.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from the order page until the order has been packed. See our refund policy for how refunds work.
Can I still order on WhatsApp?
Yes — tap the WhatsApp button anywhere on the site and we will help you place the order.
